What do guys think is the best pre-workout booster / fat burner product?
I personally use and like Dymetadrine Extreme. I think it's a great kick in the butt when you want
to have that boost in your workouts. What's yours?

something that really seems to get me up and
maintain my energy...
I eat a chunk of summer sausage, i'd guess its
about 15grams of protein 10grams of fat and
take some xenadrine. Or skip the xenadrine and
sip on an ABB extreme-ripped force type drink
for about 30 mins.
I like to eat something before a workout, but
things like pasta or pizza always bring me down.

Still Platinum Pump fuel.

As you can see, you increase overload by 100lbs/minute with E/C vs. without. In lieu of applying this to E/C or any other pre-workout intensifying agent, the energy you derive from it is largely wasted...

Are you referring to me? If that is the case then here are my reasons.. I was taking M5 which also has 1,3 Dimeth... But It made me crash like a motherFucker. Also jack3d.... them were CRAZY crashes... like seriously to bed after a workout. However... PSU is just on a different level I feel great after taking it and the feeling lasts for hours isn't like a rush of Jittery energy. Another 1,3 product that made me crash like crazy is MAN swagger... and the Yohimbine content just made me feel awful. So... all in all I would have to say that PSU is probably the best pre workout I've tried to date. No side effects.. no crash.. just solid smooth energy.Originally Posted by quank
