It sucks. I work and workout and am always hungry. Maybe I need to try an appetite suppressant. It seems my deficit comes from cardio and weight training and not from eating in a deficit. I feel like I have to work my ass off to lose weight. Rant over

Do fat loss stacks really work?

I know that losing fat comes down to consuming less calories than you burn, and therefore as long as I stay within my caloric and macro intake, I'll lose fat. But assuming my nutrition is on point, and I workout 5 days per week, could a fat loss stack speed up the process, or at the very least make...

Am I messing up my cut?

Hi, I've gotten myself pretty confused. This may sound pretty dumb but surely if I cut every inch of fat off my chicken breasts it'd be 0 fat? Or would the chicken breast be consuming some fats still? As myfitnesspal says 7 grams of fat per 100 grams of chicken breast (lean).
