Hi, I've gotten myself pretty confused. This may sound pretty dumb but surely if I cut every inch of fat off my chicken breasts it'd be 0 fat? Or would the chicken breast be consuming some fats still? As myfitnesspal says 7 grams of fat per 100 grams of chicken breast (lean).
