How long will it take to get from 15% to around 10% in a healthy way

Hey guys, I've been lifting for about 4 years but I've never paid attention to diet. But for some reason, my desire to see my abs has completely changed so I'm going to ask this: How long, on average, does a cut last from 15% to about 10%? I've always "forever bulked" because I'm afraid of losing...

Question for those who count macros.

I'm on a cut I track my macros everyday but sometimes I feel very full and youre thinking that you already fill your macros but when you check your macros you still have like 600-800 calories left to fill it in order to lose a pound per week. Have you feel like this before ?

only lifting twice a week good enough?

I am currently working a lot at my job and to be honest, a lot of my energy is gone by the time I get home. Is an hour a day enough to lose weight?

I heard someone say that you need to exercise for at least 20 minutes before your body goes into fat burning mode. I aim to try to make myself exhausted after an hour of my own routine. The routine turned out to be much harder than I thought, making me realise just how unfit I am.

Stonglifts When Cutting

Hi all, i've been doing SL 5x5 for about 12 weeks now. Starting to struggle with some lifts now, and have had some failures and 1 or 2 deloads. Is SL still a good fit for my cut? Gaining strength is surely likely to be harder on a cut, so its going to be unrealistic to expect to keep adding...
