Im 21 and I'm 25.6% body fat. I lost 50 lbs like 2 years ago but gained most of it back when I went to college. I have been lifting weights more than cardio. Should I concentrate on bulking bc I heard its easier to gain muscle while fat or should I focus more on cardio to lose fat first?
