Battle Ropes ... ?

Hey guys - any quick thoughts on the use of battle ropes to build strength in the shoulders? I've been toying with getting a set to attach to my rack. I've had a "tweak" in my shoulder since high school baseball and shoulder exercises are always a bit dicey. I thought that the more...

Seriously considering career, what's the straight talk?

My family and I are planning to relocate, not sure where yet, possibly Fort Collins. That said it's opened up a lot of possibilities. I'm 42, have been teaching for 18 years, mostly middle school physical education. I'm getting tired of the public school system and am seriously considering...

Scoliosis and Excercise

Hey guys, I have "moderate" scoliosis; it's not that obvious but it's there. I think squats and/or dead lifts make it worse; it becomes more obvious especially in the trunk. Is that real or is it my mind? and if it is what should I do instead? Thanks in advance

Thumbs down Overweight Gym Trainers
