What would you do with Skinny fat client that wants to "gain mass" ?

Hi there.. I have this male client who is 24% BF.. His main goal is to gain muscle mass ? Should I try to convince him to cut down to 8% first and bulk later ? Or just give him what he wants ? Or put him on Recomp diet (slight deficit) ?

How do you keep your integrity as a trainer?

90% of PTs I see get clients to do half squats, not touch their chest when they bench and do endless fluff exercises. Is it that they just don't know what they're doing or is their some sort of monetary pressure causing them to do this? If so how do you keep your integrity?

Training teenage girls

Yay or nay? I've recently been approached by a teenage girl(17), and have read of absolute horror stories where trainers get accused of **** that can get them in a lot of trouble. Obviously I'd never be unprofessional, but is it weird that I'm apprehensive? I'm a 30 year old male, btw.
