What if a trainer is unqualified and have lack of knowledge?

I go to a gym where a trainer is providing training for crossfit. But he don't even know the basics of it. I took this issue to the manager of the gym yet no action have been taken. I just want to know, is there any way to bring this issue in attention to public and should stop such practises.
