Parabody adjustable bench question? Someone local is selling a parabody rack and bench. I just wanted to know if you guys knew the weight limit for the bench? Making thermal shorts I'm a huge fan of staying warm while working out to prevent injury and hate wearing sweatpants. On upper body days I wear around 3 tight undershirts plus a normal shirt. Anyone use a Front Squat Harness? Do you guys think they would be useful? When I use the cross arms grip, sometimes the weight stresses my forearms when I lean a little forward in the last rep.
