Arrow Sticky Thread Sticky: The Official Ov35 Bench Press Thread!

May as well throw this one out there so we have all 3 major lifts represented. :) Open to ideas as to how things should run but here's how I see it..... - must be Flat BB Bench only (using an OLY bar). No Incline Bench, Decline Bench or DBs. - Raw lifts only. No shirted benching. (wrist...

Push:Pull Ratio - I Have Questions

Good evening folks. Like a lot of you (I'm assuming), I've fallen victim to many years of focusing too much on my chest while giving not nearly enough attention to my back and posterior chain in general. As a result, I've got a slightly irritated left shoulder, most likely result of bad form on...

Feedback on my diet

Hello. I was wondering if you guys could take a quick look at my diet and share your thoughts. Last time I had a question on how to implement the flexible dieting, but now it's more about the numbers I used to begin with. In the last year I've lost around 32 lbs and lower my body fat, but I'd...

Could Tricep training cause this?

Strange problem to ask about: I assume everyone is familiar with that nerve that's just behind the elbow that really, really hurts if you hit it against something. I'm usually careful enough to avoid that. But now it seems almost unavoidable because I can't even rest my elbows on the arms of a...

Foot Tendon Surgery

I'm staring down the barrel of what looks to be Tendon surgery on my right foot. I had an accident when doing some home remodeling and ended up cutting open the top of my foot. Sumo Deadlift and Adductor Pain

I felt a little pain and tightness in my front adductors, I think it's where the quads meet my groin area. Is this an indication of incorrect form or too much weight when doing Sumo Deadlifts? I was warming up on a light weight and felt a little tightness in that area. I should add, I...

Change from 5x5 to 3x5 with cardio on the off days

This week, I decided to change up my workout routine a bit. As a result, I decided to change the 5x5 routine to...

85-90% of genetic potential in first 3 years of proper training / diet? You agree?

Hey guys - do you agree with the premise that you hit 85-90% of your genetic potential in the firs three years of weight training? I've always viewed Sean Nalewanyj as a no nonsense, well informed resource, but not sure if I buy this. I know there are many lifelong lifters in this forum, so who...
