It's Official

Got measured by a BOD POD machine today. 18.7% BF with a +/- 1% error. I plan to take another measurement 3 months from now. Can I get to 150 lbs and 12% BF by then? Who knows. I do know I have a lot of work to do and dammit I am gonna do it!

Fat loss before winter bulk

Planning to start with a PT in October for muscle growth program and I'd like to shift some fat to make a clean start. Looking at 4 week diets online, they seem to be about 1800 cals per day. But is this for average size? I'm 230 lbs. 1800 seems very little :) Cheers for any advice.
