Fasting vs Eating on a cut

Those who eat every 3 or 4 hours have higher metabolisms, which aids in fat burning during the digestion process. Those who fast have decreased insulin levels, which aids in fat burning during the fasting period. How do you reconcile these two for the most successful cut possible?

Anybody have experience with a torn/strained intercostal muscle?

My diagnosis was done by a doctor. I think It's from deadlifting. The pain gradually became worse day by day because I made the mistake of continuing to lift hard... For like two weeks! The pain became unbearable. So I took 2 weeks off lifting.
