Without calipers and using measurements, how accurate is body fat % calculation?

I used a tape measure and an online calculator that asked for my neck, waist, and hip measurement and it calculated 17.9%, Im 5'2'' and 111 lbs. Thoughts? Would a picture be more helpful? I can't find my calipers :(
