My parents were pretty old when they had me (41 and 40) and they have some very outdated ideas on fitness. How do I increase my glutes and breast?

Omron BF setting: "athlete" or "normal" ?

Maybe a stupid question, but what do I input on my OMRON body fat analizer 'Normal' or 'Athlete' ? Because, the numbers differ 2-3 percent. As an 'athlete' I just measured at %15.6 , but as a 'normal' I measured at %13.6 Which one do I go by? Anyone? I work out pretty hard (4-5 times a week).
