Did your parents work out when you were a kid?

My parents were pretty old when they had me (41 and 40) and they have some very outdated ideas on fitness. My dad really does try, and he does yoga three times a week at a studio, but refuses to use free weights and prefers machines. I don't think my mom has worked out since before I was conceived...

How do I increase my glutes and breast?

Hi, everyone. I really want to get a bigger booty and bigger breasts. What exercises do you suggest I do? What should I eat? Also, do I need like protein shakes? If so, can you tell me what? I was thinking of getting whey protein and fish oil. Will they help? Thanks in advance ❤

What do you do when you're too weak to bench press?

I'm pretty small (5'6, 123 pounds and around 21% BF) but I can't actually bench press, as I feel WAY to weak when I try. What are some exercises that I can do which will help me improve my form and help me gain enough strength to bench press?

My goal is to drop weight - lower body fat -and to gain a lot of mass in my glutes. I've been doing legs two times a week with several glute isolation exercises, 1 day of back and 1 day shoulders/triceps. I love basketball and always end up finishing my workout with at least an hour of...

Omron BF setting: "athlete" or "normal" ?

Maybe a stupid question, but what do I input on my OMRON body fat analizer 'Normal' or 'Athlete' ? Because, the numbers differ 2-3 percent. As an 'athlete' I just measured at %15.6 , but as a 'normal' I measured at %13.6 Which one do I go by? Anyone? I work out pretty hard (4-5 times a week).
