4 months worth of working out
i don't remember how much i used to weight when i started but i weight 167 pounds now
Also I have gyno only on my right chest
bench press: 155 pounds 8 reps
Squat: 225 pounds 8-10 reps
Deadlift: 275 pounds 6-8 reps
ohp: 115 pounds 6-8 reps

Does someone usually see progress when comparing a one month comparison ?
I have spent the last 3 months training hard and trying to gain weight / muscle. I feel like i made some nice improvements but still trying to gain muscle especially in my chest where i feel i have always been a hard gainer.

I've never successfully remained on a workout routine my entire life, sat out during gym classes, and have arms that feel like they're going the snap the day after using 10lb dumbbells for curls until muscle failure.
