Long story short, one of my sponsors got me a coach. Normally, I do high fat, high protein and moderate carbs. He has wrote me a diet (14 weeks out) that consists of basically little fat (zero from nuts or egg yolks which I find weird. Fats only from the food/shake) 275 carbs 220 grams...

Lightbulb Is it possible to 'cure' your taste for junk food?

If you cut sugars and deep fried foods off your diet completely for long enough (> 2 weeks), would you eventually lose your appetite for junk? Only pure hunger would remain, and it could be satisfied by complex carbs and good fats. It seems it would make binges more improbable / less damageable....
