Sleeping problems during contest prep

I'm normally a great sleeper. All year get at least 7-9 hours or more a night. Except when deep into contest prep... When I get to about 5-7 weeks out I still fall asleep no problem but wake up at least every 2 hours and feel wide awake. Don't have to go to the bathroom or anything. Anyone else...

Prep Feedback

Long-time lurker, first-time poster. Would like some feedback on this 8-week prep. Stats: 6'1", 193 lbs BF: 14.5% (per Dexa 10 days ago). Pics are post-workout from July where I was maybe a tad leaner, but that's what 14% looks like I guess. Goal BF: As low as possible by 11/14 (8 weeks)....
