building glutes

Most of my body can puts on muscle fairly quickly, however my glutes seem to be lacking. Are there any exercises that can build this area? I already use deadlifts, laying leg curls, and squats with little success.

~6 months out of first physique contest. Diet Approach? Sitting at 201lbs, 6'1. Body fat I can't be too sure. I'll post a few very recent pics to help give an idea. What is the best way to prepare for you first show other than the obvious of cutting fat and getting lean. What is the best way to get the water out of your system. Any suggestions of the past of learning experiences would be awesome.
