True or false body building is really bad for the heart and all that extra muscle....

......puts a bigger workload on the heart and you will live a much shorter life (decade/decades off your life) if you put on too much weight. People that live the longest are NEVER big. Big people die MUCH faster. Be it natural size or artificial bodybuilding size gainz. How do you feel?
