I see lots of videos explaining the upper back tightness to help keeping the spine in a good neutral position. But they mean keeping the lats tight and locked or the shoulder blades pinched back? Because if it's the shoulder blades pinched back, it's very hard if not impossible to keep them...

biceps looks uneven but the same size (pics) (plz help)

So i realized that my left bicep can curl more than my right and also seems bigger, but when i went to measure them, they both came out the same (a little over 14'', i know they're small), even though in the mirror the left one looks bigger to me... am i seeing stuff or does anyone else see it too?...
