Can't get my biceps bigger.

Apparently I feel as if my body does not want to get any bigger. I had a knee injury and couldn't run for about 5 months. So I just lifted 5x a week and I got good results besides my arms. They look just like they did a year ago. Kinda stressful honestly. Any advice.
