Smile Is it normal that I only feel deadlifts in my hamstrings when I go very heavy?

When I do deadlifts for 8 reps I usually only feel it in my lower back, but when I go heavier for 4 reps, I feel it mostly in my hamstrings. Is this a form issue? Or is this normal?

Insane Glute/Ham DOMS immediately after deadlifting.

So I get horrible DOMS almost immediately post deadlift when I do high volume sets. Today is my first day back from a 1.5 week deload. Admittedly I probably went overboard. I did a few warmup sets and then did 315x8 365x8 405x8

Should I dedicate an exercise for forearms and traps?

I've been told they grow as part of other workouts so i shouldn't isolate them. Is this true or should I at least spend 20 min a week for each of them?

Reverse grip lying tricep extension?

Hey everyone, I love doing lying tricep extension where the bar starts behind the head and is extended directly from this position (bar doesn't go over the face) simply due to the long head activation I get from it. Thin guy here, I want to gain weight but also add an exercise to increase heart rate

I'm 5'10 and weight 175 lbs. I don't want to lose anymore pounds. But I really want to do an exercise where I can actually sweat and increase my heart rate.
