Opinions on swapping out tri pushdowns for dips?

On my program I finish with 2 sets if triceps pushdowns for 8 to 10 reps. I'm thinking of switching to dips. When I did cgbp and pushdowns: minimal to no triceps growth. Overhead dB extension and tri pushdowns: some size gains again. Leads me to believe pushdowns have run their course. ...

Biceps way bigger than triceps

For the longest time now my biceps have been bigger than my triceps and when I workout I feel it a lot more in my biceps. Weighted dips hard on shoulders?

Been reading around about weighted dips because i've recently started doing them. I've read theres a huge problem with weighted dips being too hard on your shoulders ONLY IF YOU KEEP GOING PAST 90 degrees. I usually hit weighted dips after flat bench press with 3-4 sets of 10, but after...

seriously considering not doing squats or deadlifts until i'm at least 140 lbs

I don't know my exact weight right now but I've only been bulking for two weeks so if it went up it's probably only about 1lb heavier. I'm considering not doing squats or deadlifts because pretty much everything can hurt my back (if I don't lift anything heavy then it won't hurt almost at all)....
