Energy Supplement

Awesome! I was surprised, There are 12 Caps, and you can work your way up to 4 caps for a workout day or 1-2 to assess tolerance. Since I have a high tolerance to stims even though I do not use them often I wanted to test the waters right away. First day was 4 caps on a Back day. Went into deadlifts and was hoping to hit it hard. Walked away with a PR by 10lbs and a few reps. Today I went into Chest and Shoulders with another 4 caps and hit 225 x 3 on Incline and 295 x 2 on Flat Bench. Massive PR's and my focus/energy was never better. These are not stims that hit you hard and then fade away. These leave a very steady rush of energy that does not leave someone jittery. It has a very good formula labeled on the package, and because of it I responded very well. Once this is released AI is going to have a supplement to stock up on. Very Pleased with this.

AI MOTIVATE Review/Mini Log

First off, thanks to AI for sending samples of Motivate to me. I'm not a stim junkie but daily energy support is always useful in a busy environment and I'm glad to give the new product on the block a try. I've used a few other energy products such as LG's E-911 and some stim-based fat burners. I will limit any comparisons to the energy products, though, since its in that category. Day 1:
So I got a sample pack (16 caps) of Motivate today from Anabolic innovations and I thought I would post my thoughts over the next few days of using it. No definitive length but I want to get a few good days in before I make a final judgment. I was going to wait til tomorrow and take it on an empty stomach first thing in the morning but I was exhausted so I went ahead and popped two right around 11am.

It took maybe 30-45 minutes to kick in on a non-empty stomach. Overall I have an alert feeling, focused and a little mood support possibly. So at this point its living up to its claims. Its about 7 hours later, no crash, its wearing off possibly a little but I still feel pretty good.

My last point is that while it is a propriety blend, they do tell you it has 40mg of caffeine. Not sure how this will play out, but at the moment I believe that is going to allow very flexible dosing and be good for those that don't usually have caffeine. So far so good.
