Red face What kind of shoulders are attainable naturally

I've read that if you aren't on steroids you can't get nice round shoulders why? And also I want nice broad shoulders. Will my bone structure change as I get older to wider shoulders or do I have to train?

Why do we need to cut carbs when cutting?

Or why is carb and fat a bad macro? in the end, doesn't it just add up to calories, meaning you can eat anything but just watch out for calories? Whats specific about them that we want to avoid? Sorry for being dumb, i've never really understood/researched this. I've tried but didn't get it.
