    Question Meals with Oats

So for the past month and a half or so I've been getting healthier (going to the gym, no processed foods etc) but lately there's something I've been struggling with which is oats. Oats are probably one of the healthiest and most common foods while dieting but unfortunately I cannot stand the taste of normal oatmeal. The only oatmeal I can bare to eat is that instant maple and brown sugar garbage which I'm sure isn't near as healthy as the old fashioned oats. So I was wondering if you guys have any ways you prefer to get your oats down? Maybe a meal or a shake or something

If you don't like oats then don't eat them. Eat something else. No need to force it.

    This.

I blend the oats up into a fine powder and mix with some chocolate protein powder and cocoa. Pretty tasteful shake.

Blended oats goes great with strawberry protein, probably my favorite actually.

Nothing wrong with the maple and brown sugar oats, and you can always add maple and brown sugar to plain oats; this way you can adjust amounts of either to your own personal taste preference.

As said though, don't like 'em? Don't eat 'em.

Mix them with a cup of yogurt and some fruit and nuts. Changes them completely.

Or mix in a nut butter of your choosing.
