Meals eating Now!! - photos

Okay - I love the thread that has everyone posting what they are currently eating, but this one is for actual photos of what everyone is eating right now!

This is what I'm currently enjoying!!

3/4 cup GoLean
1/2 cup oatmeal
1/4 cup puffed corn - "threw in the last bit I had"
1 6oz container Fat Free banana & strawberry yogurt
1.5 scoop of Vanilla Whey
2 TBS Almond Butter
1 tbs of each - Da Vinici Blueberry & Creme De Menthe syrup

Yup...I'm working at my house today So I have all sorts of time.

Here is what I just ate:

1 cup oats
1 6oz FF strawberry yogurt
1 scoop vanilla whey
1 tbs Kahula Flavored Da Vinici syrup

Okay - I have way to much time today..

Just made some sort of Salad

6 oz Salmon
1 cup Mixed Salad
1 cup veggies
& calorie free bacon ranch dressing

oh and i never tried almond butter .. how does it taste compared to natty pb ?

This is a great thread mondesi many things u eat are the exact same things bro I gotta get a pic of my egg whites, broccoli,and oats with sugar free syrup all in one, damn I gotta get a digital camera

My meals are so good, I love my first 3 meals of the day, because I can eat them out of a bowl or drink them!

Thanks! The one thing that keeps me personally motivated is all the great feedback I get (lots of great PM's & e-mails)

I like Chunky Natty Peanut Butter better...I just thought I would switch up the "mushy" meals a little using Almond Butter. Plus the taste is not really what you would suspect..not really a Almond taste..Good though mixed with oats & syrups!

Just ate:

6 oz Chicken
1 cup Veggies
2 tbs Walden farms Calorie Free Honey Barbeque sauce!

Okay quick meal (not as I had planned) - got to go to happy hour. (red wine)

1 cup Egg White substitute
3/4 cup turnip greens
1/2 mushrooms
peppers, onions
1 tbs grey poupon honey mustard
1 tbs Walden farms zero calorie Bacon Ranch dressing
+ 1 serving swolve v2

420g broccoli + sprouts
180g spinach
15ml olive oil

Just got done working out:

PWO SHAKE:

1 cup - 8th continent light soy milk
1.5 scoop - Pro complex APS - vanilla
1 scoop - Glycoload
1/2 - banana
7- ice cubes
1 tps - xanathan gum
1 tbs of each - Da Vinici ( hazelnut & Kahula)

..I love my PWO shakes

Mondesi does the Xanthen gum really thicken it up at all? I am going up to the health food store today etc, going to start taking some pics u guys will love em

Ya bro, It makes it thick and kinda "fluffy". The thing is you don't really need to use a lot either. 1 serving is a tablespoon and I only use 1 teaspoon.

I can't wait to see the pics!

Ya I am going to borrow my bros digital, also how is the Kahula syrup u use bro whats it taste like? Have u got your new flavors yet from Natures?, I talked to Divnici sellers who we get our syrups from (I think we use the same site) anyways the site I talked to want to come out with 2 new flavors every month so thats cool I guess, give me a holla sometime bro

i found the xanthan gum today and was set to buy it until i saw it was $10 for a tiny ass package!!! I know thats only like a dime per shake but when you realize you can get 5 pounds of chicken breasts for the same price its hard to justify its purchase.

OK, Quick little meal.

4 slices of turkey breast
2.5 oz - Crab
1/2 cup - FF cottage cheese
2 - slices of tomato
1 tbs - In each roll - of Walden farms Bacon Ranch dressing

I just put the crab inside the turkey slices and rolled them up.

Good eats!
