Okay - I love the thread that has everyone posting what they are currently eating, but this one is for actual photos of what everyone is eating right now!
This is what I'm currently enjoying!!
3/4 cup GoLean
1/2 cup oatmeal
1/4 cup puffed corn - "threw in the last bit I had"
1 6oz container Fat Free banana & strawberry yogurt
1.5 scoop of Vanilla Whey
2 TBS Almond Butter
1 tbs of each - Da Vinici Blueberry & Creme De Menthe syrup

Yup...I'm working at my house today So I have all sorts of time.
Here is what I just ate:
1 cup oats

hey mondesi ... for some odd reason , everyone seems to not like ur meals ... except me oh and i never tried almond butter .. how does it taste compared to natty pb ?

Thanks! The one thing that keeps me personally motivated is all the great feedback I get (lots of great PM's & e-mails)
I like Chunky Natty Peanut Butter better...I just thought I would switch up the "mushy" meals a little using Almond Butter. Plus the taste is not really what you would suspect..not really a Almond taste..Good though mixed with oats & syrups!
Just ate:
6 oz Chicken
1 cup Veggies

peppers, onions
1 tbs grey poupon honey mustard
1 tbs Walden farms zero calorie Bacon Ranch dressing

PWO SHAKE:
1 cup - 8th continent light soy milk
1.5 scoop - Pro complex APS - vanilla
1 scoop - Glycoload
1/2 - banana
7- ice cubes
1 tps - xanathan gum
1 tbs of each - Da Vinici ( hazelnut & Kahula)

Have u got your new flavors yet from Natures?, I talked to Divnici sellers who we get our syrups from (I think we use the same site) anyways the site I talked to want to come out with 2 new flavors every month so thats cool I guess, give me a holla sometime bro

i found the xanthan gum today and was set to buy it until i saw it was $10 for a tiny ass package!!! I know thats only like a dime per shake but when you realize you can get 5 pounds of chicken breasts for the same price its hard to justify its purchase.

OK, Quick little meal.
4 slices of turkey breast
2.5 oz - Crab
1/2 cup - FF cottage cheese
2 - slices of tomato
1 tbs - In each roll - of Walden farms Bacon Ranch dressing
I just put the crab inside the turkey slices and rolled them up.
