    διατροφη μ ειναι η εξης με 5 days program καθε μυικη ομαδα ξεχωριστα απο Δευτερα εως Παρασκευη και ss rest

    7:30 UNI-LIVER 2 CAPS
    adam 1 CAPS


    8:00 1 scoop πρωτεινη isolate nectar
    2 scoop quaker


    10:30 1 banana
    10 αμυγδαλα / κασιους ,χωρις αλατι, ωμα


    12:30
    5 αυγα βραστα 1 κροκο
    adam 1 CAPS


    15:30 κοτοπουλο / ψαρονευρι / ψαρι
    σαλατα
    1 κ.σ λαδι
    FISH OIL now foods 1 CAPS


    30 min before gym
    BCAA XTEND 5 ΓΡ

    17:30 προπονηση
    intra BCAA XTEND 5 gr

    after gym
    1 scoop isolate isopure

    this is my keto , i m 76 kg , 1,78 cm and i have 13% fat near, i want to go 10% i m going gym 5 times in weak and 2 rest

    10 almonds / cashew nut ,raw, no sult

    Just briefly looking it over, I think you have too much sugar/carbs in your diet. The banana alone has 21g of non-fiber carbs. The oats and cashews will add even more....Are you sure you're in Keto?
