    large meal before bed ?

    hi guys i just wanted to ask if its ok to eat a large meal before bed
    for example 10 egg whites with 1/2 cup of oats
    or 2 cans of tuna with salade or something like that high proteine low carb ... ty

    no, a caloric surplus is what makes you gain weight. not eating before bed.
    I eat 2000+ cals and around 200g carbs before bed
    why would you eat 10 egg whites?
