    Ugh...Easter Long Weekend

    Shall be a tough one to be good for. Been cutting since Jan and only down about 11 lbs. Slower than I would like, but acceptable I guess. I'm so good all week and then the weekend comes and most weekends I engage in at least some bad choices if not many bad choices. Definitely harder to be good when you are away from your routine.

    Best of luck to all with all of those chocolate bunnies and family dinners occuring!!

    I will need luck too.

    I hear ya! I have a 16 year old son that can eat all day long and not gain an ounce. My weakness is late at night when I wake up around 1-2am to grab a quick snack. The protein shake is staring right at me, but the Reester bunny is screaming my name!

    At least it's not Christmas. My wife makes a huge dinner and for appetizers she makes scallops wrapped in bacon. I swear I put away 20 of them easily, then dinner, a few drinks, dessert, etc. Damn, I'm hungry now.

    I suggest loading up with decent foods if you're going to pig out. Then when the dessert foods come out you probably won't have too much room to destroy a week's worth of progress.

    Good advice. I will do my best. Maybe add in some preventive cardio to limit the damage. Lol

    I'm probably walking 3 miles to get to where Easter dinner will take place and after we watch Game Of Thrones I'll stumble 3 miles back home due to being off balance from the food and brews. Leinenkugel makes some good stuff IMO.
