Shall be a tough one to be good for. Been cutting since Jan and only down about 11 lbs. Slower than I would like, but acceptable I guess. I'm so good all week and then the weekend comes and most weekends I engage in at least some bad choices if not many bad choices. Definitely harder to be good when you are away from your routine.

i finish my cut on sunday that hits 12 weeks of cutting my take it a lil bit longer but sunday it's my first cheat meal in 12 weeks..... thinking on going to olive garden...

I suggest loading up with decent foods if you're going to pig out. Then when the dessert foods come out you probably won't have too much room to destroy a week's worth of progress.
