I worked out back today, and this is it.
I'm hoping as I lean up you'll see the other parts.
All I know is my traps are close to nonexistent.
Can anybody give me a good exercise for them?

I do shrugs 2 different ways. One way is on a hammer bench press. I'll stratle the bench between my legs and with palms back I'll shrug up with the bench press arm and handle.
The second way is on a squat rack with the bar against my quads and shrug until i can't hold it any longer. 2-3 45 pound plates on each side and go up if needed. I do 3 sets of 10-18 reps per exercise and make them burn! My traps stand up like a second pair of shoulders after that.
