Hey, i've been aiming for a wider back, dont really care about actually back muscle thickness stuff.. My back strength has increased alot since the first pic.

I was kinda hunched over in this pic.
o, sorry about the clothing, it wud be a better pic without it but i was in a pubic place and they dont really like partial nudity.
Comment on what you thnk, has my width increased?
Edit: I have a 30" waist incase you are wondering.

I am aiming for a wider back as well i was curious as to what you have been doing to get it that wide? excellent progress, now time to get definition on that back.........

Well my average back day goes a bit like this-
Pullups
Cable Row
One-Arm Dumbell Row
Pullups
High Cable Row
Pullups
when doing the cable rows i tend to sit about 5 foot away from the actually cable, when executing the exercise i lean forward as far as possible to get a stretch and then pull back with my lats and straigten my back so it parallel with the machine.
I also tend to sit on a box when i do it instead of the floor.reps4life: Ayudha
