I noticed this in me.
If I am not following a diet plan, I can never get full. I know this might sound strange but I rarely even get full.
Yesterday, at the office lunch party I ate so much food and didn't get full. In fact, I had to stop eating because Everyone was leaving.
What I ate?
9 pizza slices, 2 plateish of sweet potatoes fries, half a plate of chicken tenders and yet I felt like eating some more pizza as I left the room

Can your hunger be limitless?

It's certainly possible for hunger to be "limitless", as you say. Generally this happens in the latter weeks of physique competition prep when leptin is at an all time low and even an all out binge won't quell hunger. What's your bodyfat percentage? Have you been at a prolonged calorie deficit?

I feel you. Although, I found out today my kryptonite is apparently artichokes. My school had its holiday dinner and after getting in my turkey/spinach/brofoods I went for some marinated artichokes [Which they never have and I never buy because of price] and after eating a cup I was too full to even contemplate eating more despite a massive spread of Christmas themed desserts I was drooling over. A bit saddening but I do love me some artichokes.

It can certainly feel that way, this often happens when your body is below it's bodyfat set point. As in your body thinks that you are too lean. Your body's attempts to maintain homeostasis can be overwhelmingly strong.
In a similar way, if you are overly fat, you may find yourself feeling absolutely full after eating only a few hundred calories.Diet is what separates the Jacked from the Frustrated.

Yep, there are times when I can just eat and eat and eat.
Last week, my sister visited from out of state and we were celebrating at a seafood buffet, so I planned a cheat meal. Absolutely POUNDED 3 heaping plates of seafood and a plate and a half of dessert. Felt fine, up until eating my last piece of dessert - horrible stomach pain immediately and thought I was going to have to puke right there.
Mind you 3 plates of food and 1.5 plates of dessert @ 160 lbs. I couldnt even guess at the calorie count, but 3.5k wouldnt surprise me at all. I dont know man...I like food.

Good to know that the most universal of all human traits, homeostasis, does not apply to you.
Note that there are things that trip up our hunger system, these tend to have been introduced relatively recently. Generally liquid calories and junk/fast foods fall into this category, it is very easy to overeat on these even if you are fat.
I would say from both personal and scientific experience that if people ate only foods that we evolved with (e.g. foods that are not highly processed), plus included 5+ days of a mixture of explosive (e.g. lifting heavy things) and cardio (long walks, swimming etc.) that they would remain at a relatively low bodyfat that is stable to within +- 5%.
I'm not saying that this is necessary, but people often heavily underestimate their own body's capabilities to maintain healthy and athletic, because our modern lifestyle is so different to what our bodies evolved to deal with. These days we are forced to do targeted, science based diets and exercise just to compensate for how warped our lifestyles have become.Diet is what separates the Jacked from the Frustrated.
