    Carb Cycling Help?

Im 5'11 175 18yrs old looking to lose some of the remaining body fat I have left over from when I was 240 a couple of years ago, but it seems like Ive stalled out. I've looked into carb cycling and wanted to see if these macros fit. My BMR is 1835 and my TDEE is 2300.

    Does this look good?

No Carb Day- 1250 cals, 35g Fat, 15g Carbs (from Veg), 220 Pro
Low Carb- 1625 cals, 23g Fat, 175g Carbs, 200g Pro
High Carb- 1900 cals, 25g Fat, 260g Carbs, 195g Pro

This would have me losing about 1.5 pounds a week with about a 4500 cal weekly deficit

    Good or no good?

Firstly, that diet is catastrophically deficient in fat and acutely deficient in average energy intake.

Next, carb cycling will not have a meaningful direct impact on bodyweight or composition (but for transient flux in water retention).

Lastly, I urge you to learn the basics about nutrition before you do real, long-term damage:

Too low in cals, fat, and cycling will have little to no effect
