    I'd do it all again in a second. i LOVE this program! I admit, it is one helluva an ass kicker and it hurts like hell but the results are amazing! Count me in!!

    Aw hell..... I'd be in. I'd still workout with a partner (I don't want to cut him lose) but I'd switch to the HRT solo style lifting for each of my lifts. Unless of course someone wanted to start up another round of the team program

    I just started a solo HRT session on Monday. While I'm somewhat a beginner to lifting weights, I am not a beginner to working out or resistance training (what sold me on this program was the negatives). After two days, here's what I have to say about it: It's kicking my ass, and I love it! This is a great program guys.

    Are there any exercises I can substitute for the reverse hack squats (stiff leg deadlifts, good mornings)? My gym doesn't have a hack squat rack.

    In the final week as well, will run it again in the future after a little time off to explore some new training styles.

    I like the training, my advice is it's not a beginner program by any stretch of the imagination. You need to have a fair grasp on mind/muscle connection and the drive to push yourself to extreme limits, while keeping your ego in check.

    Versa grips are the shiz. I also have some big back grips coming in the mail. I hear they are good as well. Today sadly is the last back, trap and rear delt workout on HRT. I'm gonna bust it as hard as i can!
