Getting close to my ideal physique. Going to cut to 172ish for Spring Break over next 5 weeks then slow bulk through summer to get closer to 178-180 while keeping body fat to a minimum, with upper chest being number one priority.
Several bulk/cut cycles. Been as low as 159, as high as 186.
Decent for 2 years?

Thanks guys.
Mostly focused on keeping calories under 2100 and protein above 170 grams a day.
I've noticed my carb intake is starting to manipulate how lean I am from day to day now also. Probably going to start lowering calories a little bit more and maybe play around with some carbs after I do a little reading on them in the nutrition forum.

Pic on left is 170, first I cut down to 162.5 I believe.

quick bump brahs.... spring break on march 21st, getting close
started manipulating carbs and completely cut them out for 3 days while killing water and this is how I woke up this morning.
then had a nice cheat day while eating over 250g of carbs, hit the gym and now looking a little more like this
carb deplete or carb up for the beach? chest looks fuller with carbs, but lose a bit of definition on the lower abs and obliques
