So I had posted a few weeks ago and many people said that my amount of muscle gained and body fat were off and after doing some research and taking in all the comments given I just want to repost a few other pictures with the correct info taking into account everything I was told and what I gathered from the other forums so let me know what you think. All of this information is absolutely correct, bodyfat is a rough estimation from comments on my previous post. All comments and questions appreciated thanks!

Bodyfat- 14-8 -6%
Bench Max- 155-315 +160 lbs
Squat Max- 225-345 +120 lbs
Barbell Curl- 70-120 +50 lbs
Barbell Rows- 120-246 +126 lbs
Overhead press- 87-197 +110 lbs
