In the before pics I was 240, the middle pics 215 (6 months progress), and now i'm 210. I haven't really been serious about diet. But here is what I got from working out for a year with no set nutrition other than at least 100 grams of protein a day. I'm 6'0" tall.

As a general rule of thumb, you should always position the camera between yourself and the primary light source.

However since the light has to bounce off the subject and strike the camera in order for an image to form, the camera has an excellent picture of all the junk in the background (like the wall behind you) but not of the subject. I'll try to get some better pics I just took them like that because thats where I took the first set and I wanted to keep it consistent. I take usually one shake a day or 2 if I work out. I take about 40g protein and 75g of carbs (Dextrose and maltodextrin) post workout. I noticed much better results when I started eating more real food than shakes. Right now I usually get about 100 to 150g of protein a day from whole food like chicken breast, tuna (yuck but its cheap) , and cottage cheese. I'm 22 now.

I would say (by your upper body definition) that your bf% around 18% or so.

Yeah my calf is pretty striated. When I work them out (only like once a month now) they get crazy pumped and full of veins. I stopped training them because most people think they look gross. They used to be around 18" pumped but now they're around 17". I also have some slight striations in my right quad it dosen't show up in pics though.

I always felt my shoulders were the weakest part of my body. I usually rotate my shoulder workouts. First week standing military press, next week seated dumbells, then clean and jerks, then I take a week off on anterior delts. I usually do some some upright rows and lateral raises too. I've been trying to bring out my posterior delts too I work them on back day. I've been having much better luck with this routine than when i used to train with dumbells for 4-6 weeks then switch to barbell for 4-6 weeks ect. . .
