    Haven't posted in here in a while but I've fallen in love with towel pull ups. That along with lots of Kettlebell work I feel has improved my grip strength considerably over the past few months. It carries over well to when I roll with GI on. And I'm sure the repetition of rolling has obviously improved my grappling strength as well, but these auxiliary exercises sure dont hurt!

    You can do anything I can do. The key is having enough rest between sets. Btw, I tried out the Protogrip yesterday, pretty good stuff, thanks for sending it. It is more smooth and chalk like, and I think its much better than liquid grip for doing lots of sets in a workout, like 100 reps for time, or 10 sets of 20 or whatever. The liquid grip I feel is still better for doing just a 1 set max attempt, which is the only time I really use it.

    The worst is going to be these "one second" videos, cant really have the music up because you have to hear the "one second" on all the reps in the video.

    When I am doing those "one second" reps, I cant concentrate on anything else (music, counting reps, etc). All I can concentrate on is the flow and timing of going down, saying one second, then going back up.

    I did try it a couple of times, but it didnt seem to get me going like Superpump Max does. Maybe I didnt take enough of it (took 1 scoop), but usually I can only handle 1 scoop of the preworkout drinks unless I want to feel like sh*t later. I still have it so maybe I should try it again. How many scoops do you take, and how does the number of scoops compare to the other preworkout drinks you've tried? I have used Jacked, NO explode, Superpump, all with 1 scoop. All 3 worked pretty good, but Superpump tastes and worked the best for me.

    i use 2 scoops. ive tried probably every pwo made and like very few of them. most are just all energy and no "pump"

    ive gone full dosage all of them, most i cant even stand more than one scoop, and some i couldnt stand at all. no i usually take it mid afternoon and feel fine afterwards. you feel tired afterwards?

    increase in strength. i mean basically all you are doing is creating/replenishing ATP= workout longer with more weight= increase in strength/muscle size

    So when you say you couldnt stand more than 1 scoop, what were you experiencing? For me, if I took too much of one, I would feel fine during the workout, but later on several hours later, I would hit some sort of crash and feel nauseated. I wasnt tired at all, just didnt feel well. Maybe I wasnt taking enough of the Presurg, I was just worried about taking too much.

    well for example Hemo Rage made me light headed, dizzy, and nauseous and i couldnt even workout. a couple others did the same which is why i will never buy any product without a few samples beforehand

    Went for max "one second" reps today. Big improvement from 26 to 31 (you were right EPC). Not saying its perfect, but its pretty good IMO. Later on I also did 20 reps with 45lbs plate. Hadnt done more than 5 reps (warm ups) with that weight in a long time.
