? -Been training for almost 2 years without missing more than a few days. I changed my life around and plan on staying on this track.. My life has been filled with medical issues,now its a medical free life..I hit the gym daily and hit it with passion. Like most members on here its become an obsession and I don't plan to stop soon. I believe with proper supplementation and nutrition with a solid workout I will achieve the ultimate results and hopefully looking like Kane S.

Current Training Schedule / Protocol (as much detail as possible):

5-6 days a week. I currently perform Arnolds 2 day split. Meaning I hit everybody part 3x in a week,while going in the gym 2x a day. The workout can be found with simple Google search. I'm in the gym a lot,and love it!..More detail then just ask and I will post the workout dot for dot,but mind you I tend to do different movements depending on how some joints feel, that's why I choose not to post it dot for dot.

Cardio Schedule/Protocol (as much detail as possible):

-I hit whatever machine I see fit for the day for 15-30 minutes depending on a lot of stuff. School/muscles/stiffness.I usually just hit jump rope between sets

-Don t keep track of diet to the point. When I did I noticed I was struggling to stay on top of it. I eat clean as much as possible. Lately I have been eating clean but as I go and I noticed that I'm getting stronger and putting on lean weight. So far the no macros/micro is working for me.

-1 to 3 gallons. Most I ever drank was 4

Short Term Goal:
-Loose some BF but get lean muscle mass.

Long Term Goal:
-Look like Kane Sumbayat

The products in my staple are there for a reason. They worked the first time I tried them and kept them there! I would love to find alternative to any of the products that I will rep for (ie-intra workouts,pre workouts)

I have been training for a couple years now. I started off at a plump 350+lbs. I have since gained a lot of muscle mass, and dropped to below 300lbs. I got addicted to lifting heavy, but since changed my routine to focus more on health.

Powder ArA doesn't lose any of it's effectiveness just because it isn't in a gelcap. Most companies would add this to a gelcap because ArA doesn't taste that great at all.

i used to dump bulk x factor into my protein, its noticeable but not bad. I've dealt with many sports supps in bulk that are harder to flavor than the 10% AA than MN used to sell in bulk.

With that said, this is an amazing opportunity. NimbusTim gets my vote.
