Ingredient Profile: 8.5/10
The ingredient profile is nothing crazy, just basic well timed ingredients. The only thing that kept me from scoring it higher is the fact that its a proprietary blend. I know they have there place, and are used widely in the industry so it really does not bother me that much. Plus the fact that I believe in Universal and there products makes this a non issue with me.

Price: 10/10
I picked this up using the 10% off coupon and got it for a whooping 28.79. From what I seen looking around, this is the best priced intra supplement on the market.

Taste: 9/10
Ok, I am not a big Blue Rasberry flavor fan.....but I will admit this tasted pretty good. I mixed it with about 22 ounces of cold water and it was refreshing to sip on during my workout. The whey taste is masked very well. The only reason I did not score this higher is I could not score a Rasberry flavor a 10.

Effectiveness: N/A (Will be rated at a later date.
I will say this though. Yesterday I did get 225 x 6 on Seated Barbell Military Presses. I was really stoked about this. So does it have anything to do with the Intra-Aid, I dunno.....but its possible it helped to some degree on day 1.

Overall: 9.375/10
My initial impressions of Intra-Aid are good. Hopefully I will get the results it claims throughout this tub. If so, then Universal has another winner on there hands. I will make sure I update this after 1 month of continued use.

I agree with ya... I'm not sure what "blue raspberry" is even supposed to taste like, but I like the flavor of Intra-Aid. 22 oz sounds good, but consider upping the water a few oz. Lookin' forward to the "results"... Some reviewers here and on other forums have hit PRs on Intra-Aid.

I will post an update tommorow after todays workout... I am honestly not expecting alot as it will only be day 3, but we will see. I am really anxious to see how I feel after being on it a couple of weeks though.

Thoughts:
Well I really enjoyed Intra-Aid again today. I mixed it with a little more water (25 ounces) and it was really refreshing. I could really tell the blood was flowing good during this workout and really seemed filled out. Usually I am pretty worn out after back.... and start lagging a little towards the end, but today I seemed to work right through it. So far I am really enjoying Intra Aid, both taste and performance wise.

So far Universal and Intra-Aid still get a thumbs up from me!
