Went to a new chiro last year that really helped me. A few issues I had were my ilium aren't even, my one side is noticeably higher than the other and I'm not very flexible/have a weak core. So he gave me some exercises and stretches to do. I haven't done them for a while now but I will def be starting again. I might go see him again as well, I went maybe 5x and it felt better whereas my previous chiro I went a ton and it didn't do anything.Originally Posted by TheMullah

Yeah, Connor really knows how to hype up a fight. Love him or hate him, you care about if he loses or wins. It will be interesting to see how he does though, because Chad is the best fighter he has ever faced by a long shot. I am sure the UFC is cheering for him, as he is definitely going to be bringing in the money.

Yeah awesome interview. Really interesting to hear pros discussing it so openly. It would be cool if the current pros were allowed to do that, but obviously that will never happen, otherwise people might think they take more than a pre-workout and whey protein shakes.

Interesting read. So levrone's transformation wasn't really natty then since he's on trt. You can argue it's bringing him to "normal" levels, but not really since 200mg/week is well above what a young male would be producing on the high end lol. I wonder wat their test levels were post retirement tho. It's a given most of these guys are more than likely on HRT, it'd be more interesting to me to hear how their body recovered from those years of bodybuilding.
