Self Improvement Thread Database + Venting/Advice/Chat Thread
This thread will be used to keep my help threads in one area. I am awaiting the response for a mod in aiding me with updating this OP so all the threads stay in the OP. As I said, this'll be for my help threads and I will probably also throw in some informational ones as well. This thread is also going to be a place to vent and ask for advice on a wide variety of topics. If I do not know the answer, I guarantee there will me a miscer who does. This will not just be focused on depression so it's different from the depression thread.

Purpose of this thread:
The reason I created this thread was for you to vent, ask for advice on various topics, free write, post progress, chat, and just be positive. It doesn't matter if you are venting from a good day or a bad day, asking advice on improvement or a relationship, writing a poem or just posting collective thoughts, posting pictures or updating your goals for all to see and support, or just dropping in to say 'hi' to others members, this thread is for you!
I just want to help members and help bring more positivity to this forum. Helping others on this forum is what I enjoy to do by giving advice from experience or research. I see many members that enjoy to be motivated and since bodybuilding is to better oneself, isn't it good to get the mind right as you get your body right?
Currently, just going to make this chat as 'Improvement Crew' but if you have a suggestion for a name, feel free to post it.

So, just kicking off this chat/free write thing.
Had chest/delts/triceps today. Felt good. Did 3 x 85lbs x 10 reps, and that was good. Honestly got 9 on the last set but that was due to a bad lift off. My right lat was hanging of the bench and I had to readjust myself whilst holding the dumbells. It tired me out. I am going to do the 95's next week, aiming for 5-6 reps for 3 sets. Just need to solidify my lift off/getting in to position. I don't use a spot with the DB's, I just lean back but sometimes I go back uneven and it hurts my set.
Had a good day in general.

How is everyone doing today?
I didn't get much sleep last night went to bed around 11:30 and woke up at 7. A bit tired but it's fine.
