Carbohydrate grams you’re eating per day: 98 grams today close to the 100 gram
Fat grams you’re eating per day: 31.7 over from the 30 gram
Body Fat +/- % for the week (optional) 16%

Additional feedback or details you wish to provide: i added up the grams at the end of today, i will adjust it so i am right on point for the rest of the week

diet this wk has been this
M1, 4 egg whites with 1 yolks with, and 3 strips of turkey bacon
M2, 6 oz of chicken, 1 cup of green beans/vegtables
M3, 6 oz of chicken, 1 cup of frozen mix vegtables
M4, 4 oz of chicken and 1 can tuna, 1 cup of green beans/vegtables
M5, 5 oz of beef?steak, 1 cup of cabbage/ vegtables
M6, 1 cup of cottage cheese
i seasoned my foods with splenda every now and than but my main seasoning is mrs dash for my foods.
weekends i had salmon to replace the chicken
totaled to 195 grams protein, 97.82 grams carbs and 31 grams of fat
