Umm yeah still have the belt .. in fact ... wearing it right now. LOL For some reason I thought it would be a good idea to save the new one .. yeah don't ask, cause I don't have a logical answer.
That's pretty much how I am, so I just go by what my arms can handle right now. I only have 1 more this phase anyway, no biggie. And yes I love the tired leg feeling. They are dead today .. DED ... dead! LOL
And yes my schedule allowed and boy was she on one last night. I'll post the workout in a little bit, but yeah, legs are done, arms are toast. All in all a great night

Holy ____! That was one rough workout. I don't think I forgot anything. My legs and arms were toast when we were done, and they hadn't turned the AC on yet so we were drenched. Felt great though, glad I got some energy and made it to class. Definitely a good time.
Needless to say I slept like a freakin rock last night. Best nights sleep I've gotten in a loooong time! Legs are tired and sore today. Well worth it though. Made me realize I'm not such a fan of the 3 days in a row thing ... no thanks!!Current Log:

WOW!! Omgsh definitely killer... especially since your legs were already toast from NR the day before.. yowza
Ugh that's really yucky about the AC... I think I'd complain. There's nothing worse than feeling like you're going to suffocate while trying to do a kick ass workout bleeeeck!"The minute you lose confidence in yourself and stop believing... you've lost" by Jan Matthews

LOL she called the front desk guy and made him come turn it on. It was pretty funny (to me at least).... and yet even with the AC on we were all literally dripping sweat. She was laughing.
I also learned not to roll your eyes when they tell you to add resistance. The trainer will just stare at you until you add more. Ooops! LOLCurrent Log:

No new workout updates, I'm done until I get back, just not enough time ... LOL So B4 we'll just pretend it never existed. Hoping to come back rested and ready to hit Stage 3.
Works a little crazy right now, partially because I'm leaving and partially because it's just crazy. Plus my boss just told me there might be a position change coming up for me, which is good. More money, better position. We'll see what happens there when I get back. I'm not putting too much behind it just yet.
Still have a lot to do packing wise too, no better way than last minute. LOL And I have to figure out if I want to get my hair cut and how. *sigh* too many choices.
But for the record I did pack my NEW belt LOLCurrent Log:

And I'm back to reality ... what a bummer LOL
No real updates right now other than the fact that I was shocked this AM when I weighed and I'm still exactly the same as when I left. Still trying to figure that one out. I worked out one day while I was gone, I guess all that running around helped.Current Log:

Thanks ... LOL I walked out of my room and asked my mom if we were going on a boat later (she bought the entire outfit earlier that day). She didn't think I was as funny as I did.
It's the Revere Golf Club or something close, it's in Henderson. And yes it's surrounded by houses. It's beautiful and actually has a great view of Vegas from way up there.Current Log:

LOL yes that is one. Just a plain blue fabric belt, I actually really like!
LOL I don't do anything special I've just always had nice calves, if only the top half looked as nice LOL My mom actually commented on them while we were away. Little awkward, but a compliment is a good thing.
Something like that, my dad just chuckled.
Hai P!
Yes it's the pink ankle weights, *sigh* Can't believe I had to admit thatCurrent Log:
