Same here! I was in management for 4 1/2 years. It sucked. Always on call, even on vacation.
Now as an individual contributor I can check out at 5 PM and pick back up in the morning at 8 Am when I'm back in the office.
I actually removed my Outlook connection on my personal phone =D

Yeah, those high rep squats are a pain, especially at the end of a workout. 225x15 is a HUGE step up from where you were months ago, so take that as a victory. Use it as something you can build off of. I know it's hard to swallow when you see someone out-train you. There will always be someone out there training harder, doing more, etc. It doesn't matter who you are (unless your name is Doug Miller lol). Use it as motivation, like you said. Don't compare yourself to him. Be the best version of YOU that you can.

High rep squats will always be the ultimate equalizer. You can be the toughest mother f#%]er in the room.. but they'll still leave you heaving for breath and feeling like giving up past 12+ reps if you're going somewhat heavy. Respect for getting 15

I wanted to go hard up until I start my cut in 4 weeks and save my deload for September 12th, which is 1 week before I start my cut.. that way I can increase my supplement usage on September 19 & go hard since I'll be coming off fresh from a deload
If I deload now.. I'll have to deload very early into my cut & I don't want those mind games at that time etc.
I pulled conventional like 2010-2013 but I don't like it as much as sumo.. I can lift the same weight sumo vs conventionalLog: http://forum.bodybuilding.com/showthread.php?t=166196451

I always start with my weaker arm first so I don't get more reps on my stronger side lol. Yeah, that cardio tho! I don't know anywhere in Vegas where the DB's go higher than 150's so I gotta just get more reps/sets with these.
People have different strengths.. you're a lot leaner than me.. prolly more muscle mass too
