I'm about 7 weeks into the Smolov Squat program and every single pair of my jeans now has a giant hole in the groin area. I wear 30 inch waist, 32 length so its been a mission trying to find jeans that match my waist as well as my larger quads/hamstrings.
Anyone have the same problem/know a brand of jeans that won't do this sht?

For levi's there are really only a few that I recommend if you don't wan't to look sloppy. 501's are the first to try on. If they do not fit right, try the 514's. If the legs look a little baggy from the knee down or if the waist doesn't fit, then try the 513's. I know a lot of people love the 513's when their calves or waist are a little smaller in proportion compared to the thighs.
I think the 513's might work for what you are describing. They are called "slim straight" so are often overlooked because of the word slim. If the 501's are close but not quite right then think about the shrink to fit version.
The only "relaxed" jean that I might go with (normally relaxed=sloppy look) would be the 550's. So you could try these but your smaller waist sounds like it wouldn't be right. Just remember that bootcut are for boots. So if you don't wear boots don't even look at them.
Do not rely on a belt as that will make it bunch up and not look good. If it is a small difference then the belt is fine, but don't go overboard.
The other option if you want a less classic jean look is to go with the 541's. These are the stretch denim and have what levi's describes as a more "tailored" look. They are comfortable, just not what most people think of when they want the look of jeans.
One last thing... The 501 sits at the waist where the 513 and 514 sit below the waist (but not low cut). So don't hike up the 513 and 514 or your crotch might not like it. If your torso is really long, then the 501 might not be right for you. But at 6'1" with 32" long legs I think you will be fine. Was 280+ at the beginning of 2019 (highest recorded weight is 290 on Dec 13, 2018).

I have the same problem--thighs are way bigger in proportion to waist. Recently got a pair of Levis that are stretchy but not sloppy. Never going back to non-stretch. My previous three pairs all ripped in a matter of months.

Seriously, Duluth Trading Co ballroom jeans are amazing. Instead of a straight seam down the crotch there's a gusset so they don't rip in that area. You can buy a pair with a little bit of spandex sewn into the denim that allows you to stretch and move about very well. I could squat in them if I wanted to. They're legitimately the best jeans I've ever owned. I bought a pair of Levis and ripped the crotch within two weeks, but my Duluth jeans are going good for over a year now. They also have a lifetime warranty. http://www.duluthtrading.com/store/p...ns-20207.aspx?

Idk if they sell jeans, but you just go get measured/measure yourself, input your leg size etc, and they custom make the **** for you. It's where a bunch of nfl players/other athletes go to get ish made. They even custom make suits for those have bodybuilder waist to shoulder ratios lololol.
