Harda$$. Just kidding .
Yeah, true rumble rollers are much more expensive. Not worth it IMO.

Shoulder is still bothering me a little bit, so I'm being extremely cautious on the eccentric portion of my lifts. It's also caused me to really focus on tucking my elbows, so I guess that's a good thing. Down .6lbs from last week. I was feeling REALLY good today. Shoulder is still on the mend but feeling waaaaay better. Those 8's were taking my shoulder into account, so they were graded on a curve. I am happy with my progress as of late. Don't get me wrong, they are great pieces of equipment, they're just a little overpriced.
Slow and steady!
TY, homey!

I typically train in the morning, but I held off because I knew my romaleos were coming lol. I ran some errands and caught up on crap around the house, and around 1pm, they arrived! I grabbed a pop tart and hit a squat workout. I did a lot of sets because I wanted to really get a feel for the new kicks. If you want to know what I thought of them, check out the youtube video below .
Thanks, Chef!
Still a work in progress. Stomach was BAD for the 2nd half of yesterday. It seems to flare up every few days or so, so today I decided to double up on my digestive enzymes. I felt pretty good. Perhaps I have low stomach acid? Funny that docs try to throw ppi's and h2 blockers at people who have low stomach acid.*Professional comic book geek* *semi-pro cartoon collector* *full time nerd*

They're definitely worth the $$ .
Do you even poop? .
I wish I could hook it up, but I don't get any coupons/promotions/news about promotions or anything. I do, however, appreciate that you enjoyed the bars, as I myself enjoy them very much.*Professional comic book geek* *semi-pro cartoon collector* *full time nerd*

I will admit, I have slacked on mobility/pvc rolling the past 3 days or so and it was evident. My hammies were still seriously tender from RDL's on Saturday. I did not feel right pulling today, and instead of being a yolo'er, I worked up to three plates and said "I'll get em next time." Treated the rest of the workout like a bro. Dat pump!
T minus 8 days till Florida! I've got to admit boys, I'm paying for it. The acidity of the tomatoes seems to be a no no for me. Raw tomatoes are okay, but cook them bishes and boom! I can't wait to get all this wackiness figured out :/.*Professional comic book geek* *semi-pro cartoon collector* *full time nerd*
