    I was feeling REALLY good today. Shoulder is still on the mend but feeling waaaaay better. Those 8's were taking my shoulder into account, so they were graded on a curve. I am happy with my progress as of late.

    I typically train in the morning, but I held off because I knew my romaleos were coming lol. I ran some errands and caught up on crap around the house, and around 1pm, they arrived! I grabbed a pop tart and hit a squat workout. I did a lot of sets because I wanted to really get a feel for the new kicks.     Still a work in progress. Stomach was BAD for the 2nd half of yesterday. It seems to flare up every few days or so, so today I decided to double up on my digestive enzymes. I felt pretty good. Perhaps I have low stomach acid? Funny that docs try to throw ppi's and h2 blockers at people who have low stomach acid.
