Sup brahs, i only really post here so figure i would post it up
this is only the second time going for a bench pr, weighed myself after an was a hair under 170, i dont train for strength or bench specifically
have been lifting seriously for about 8 months, yes, i am in a wheelchair
in b4 do you even train legs
in b4 you could have done more

hmm tough question, when i started 8 months ago, i was doing the major **** 5x5 (the stuff i could do anyway) like dumbell row, weight dips, weighted pull ups, and bench
then unfortunatley decided to cut cuz i wanted abs, horrible mistake
started eating again 3 months ago and using more of a bro split, this is my 2nd time going for a bench PRcurrent gym pr: 410
