Asian brahs - should I cut or clean bulk? Currently at 151 and around 13 - 14% BF. With summer coming up I'd really like abs but I also want to look like I lift with a shirt on

I will do...
1.2-1.5g of protein
.03-.04 of fats
fill rest with carbs
find your maintenance level cals and lower slowly. 300 cals. to begin is good. Shoot for 1.5-2 lbs. fat loss per week. Don't crash diet bad for your metabolism down the road.
Yeah start now cutting, is a marathon not a sprint. Also lift as heavy as you can, find a program that works and effective in maintaining strength. You can do a "bro" split or do like Layne Norton's P.H.A.T. Take pics once a week to gauge your progress (srs, it helps so much), take pics from same spot too.CONQUERING BARBELL
