heavy weights. carbs. protein. iron. i'm assuming that if there was actually supposed to be a question in there, then that about answers it. don't aim to need to cut, though. the bulk/cut regime is rarely an effective regime. instead, increase your dietary intake just a little, focusing on adding the above nutrients. you want to increase what goes in enough to increase muscle mass by the tiny amount that it will go up by each week, because increasing the fat on your body does not improve your fitness, unless it's dangerously low, which for arguments sake i'm assuming it is not.

I am 154 pounds and i am bulking up every day. yesterday i weighed a mere 150 pounds, look at me now after i downed from my cows udder. sorry i 4got u and ur people dont know what cows are. no im jokin i have lots of asian friends. now 4 the advice u need.
