Hi, do you guys think i should bulk or cut?
Also could you estimate my bf please?
My arms are "13.5, middle and top section of abs showing in the morning.
My lats seem to be quite big but i dont know about them, they seem to of come quickly or i havent noticed them.
here are the pics below. Please comment critize and mention what i could do next. My legs are quite bad, but squatting with 20kg doesnt help much LOL.

If you want an exact answer to your question? Absolutely 100% bulk. You are definitely on your way, but at this point, you are a skinny kid and you don't have terribly much muscle. Bulk bulk bulk don't even think about the word cut.

cheers guys, just for the record i dont want to be the next ronnie or arnold, but like to get a decent body for the time. Its alright know compared to everyone elses, im not overdoing it or anything, the only thing i do a bit of is chinups and pullups as i get bored and do this but yeah, Im eating clean as it has looads more good things for you like your skin is way better etc and i run 6 mile every sunday to my granparents, im not cutting or bulking i think.. just keeping fit.
