yes he is normally pink. He needs some advice on a cutting rutine and diet. Right now he gets about 5000 calories a day at 6-8 meals. He eats a ton. He wants to bulk untill december. The first week of december he is going to start a cut. I will post his diet soon. He wants to be cut. Im guessing 10%bf or less. Then after that he is going to do a clean bulk

LOL at all these newbs giving advise! Cut?!?!? Dude needs at least 50 pounds of solid muscle to do any damage on stage. 15 year old and your telling him to cut! Damn, you people got a lot to learn. His fat is 90% babyfat, it will go away with time! He is young, he needs to NOT deprive himself of extremely vital foods and nutrients that he needs to GROW as a child. He has no base, no structure. That comes first. Period.

why would you bash on this guy? Does he need 50 lb of muscle? Hardly. What he needs is a little more muscular maturity (which takes time), some tone and some seperation. Remember,size is only one of many factors on stage, and in many cases it takes a back sea to conditioning. Yes I think he should cut down a little, but overall, I think he has some quality mass under there.
TO the OP....keep lifting hard, the muscle will come. Also, I think 5000 calories is way too much given your situation. That is why you are a little losft right now. I am about 185 and gaining fine on 3200-3300. It's quality mass though. Do not look for a magic pill of a quick fix. Just be consistent over time. You are just 15. Results will come. Hell, you just finished puberty.

he needs a tan.........4reel.
other then that, keep to the heavy lifting, and the healty eatting!lifting 5x5 max effort, compound lift's, burning fat, building muscle.

Clean bulk! There is no reason for him to start cutting unless he is preparing for a show. The best advie he could probably follow is to clean up his diet. If he is eating 5000 calories he should make sure that it is clean. No junk food or crap like that. Just lift hard have a good diet and he will lean out over time. Good luck bro!
