I take 25 minutes to finish bench...

As in I do 5 sets + 2 warmup sets and rest 3-4 mins before each set. Is this too much?

You only need one warm-up set. After that you're warmed up, why do another? As for the rest period, I'd suggest bringing it down to 1-2 minutes.

dont rest between warm up sets. I do about 3 warm up sets but i dont rest. Also do 2 min rest between work sets. Do 3 work sets. Save some energy for incline benchpress. That should take you about 15 minutes or less for regular pressing.

Do some push ups to warm up. Drop your rest to about 1-2 mins and do your usual sets.
