Bodyfat Guess

Hey guys been lifting for three years or so currently 175 5'8.... what's your guess at my bodyfat??

14% or 15% is my guess

Thanks for the response, also forgot to ask would you guys recomend a bulk or cut at this point, and is this descent progress for 3 years natural lifting?

Around the 12-14% range I'd say.

I'd guess 16% or so.

For three years of progress, I'd say you should look more muscular, but then again, I don't know what you looked like at the beginning.

I recommend a bulk. You should really review your diet and training as I feel that for three years you should have larger, more sharply defined muscles.

Thanks again, I spent about a year just cutting up and maintaining so only about 2 years were spent trying to get much bigger
