looking to gain at least 1.3lbs a week... are there any 1000+ gainer shakes that taste good and won't make me ****? or should i just man up and down the shakes?

muscle juice (not to be confused with muscle MILK) worked wonders for me...gained 2%BF over about 5 months which isnt bad at all

I probably post this once a week, but as long as people keep asking I'll keep trying to help. DO NOT waste your $ on commercial gainers, most contain too much sugar and empty calories. Try making your own with real nutritional food.
Theres a whole bunch stickied in nutrition section, but heres the one I use post-workout.
2 scoops whey
2 tbs peanut butter
2 cups milk
1/2 cup oats
1 banana
1 scoop of ice creamSometimes you have to see the bottom before you reach the top
