I am aiming for the BRUCE LEE physique, and am naturally slim. My muscles are hard , definition not bad, not great. Seems everyone here is going for bulk Mr Olympia look , so thought I would try ask :-
http://www.mikementzer.com/blee.html (good article & photos)

http://www.bruceleedivinewind.com/ga...ops/pic052.JPG (rare shot - damm check the forearms!)
http://www.bruceleedivinewind.com/ga...ops/pic046.JPG (another rare shot - damm thats a 6 pack!)
What are good supplements to get the ripped look without the size?
I do martial arts of course , so neither need nor want the bulk.
Currently I am taking :
Syntrax SWOLEN
Met Rx Supreme Whey
(Also tried in past Forza T (EU Version - rubbish!), Inner Armour Lipoex (Fat Burner), Isatori Isa Test (rubbish!), SAN V12 (good!), X Factor (rubbish!).
May try Vyotech 17HD but hear mixed reports?
****** Can still easily get hold of Phormones Anabolic Xtreme Pheradrol, Superdrol, **** LG, Methyl 1 Alpha, Fast Action S-Drol, H-Drol, Bioscience Methoxy Test, etc. BUT are any good for going for the Bruce Lee look??????? As mainly what I hear from their usage is bulking up people adding 15/20 pounds of muscle, I don't hear a lot on getting mega riped or defined with them?
*** Also Diuretics - will they help get ripped - the Bruce Lee look? Are the effects lasting? Or bodybuilders just use them to get max. effect at competitions for a short period. Can easily get MHP Xpel, MRM H20 Lean, Now Foods Danedloin Root, etc. Are they dangerous to use?
Thanks for help!

Have 'The Art of Expressing The Human Body' of course - great book.
Okay, so if you had to use supplements to get that look - what would you take?
Do diuretics work long term or are just very short term effect only?
Phormones to get ripped? Or they more to add bulk.
I train hard, muscles are hard definition okay but not great & I'm slim, my body fat can't go all that much lower without becoming a rake.

RB12 ,
What is your problem?
Asking the SCIENCE behind getting BRUCE LEE physique using supplements.
i.e. which supplements SCIENTIFICALLY are best for going for the Bruce Lee physique & why?
As most are concerned with bulking up & going for Mr Olympia type physiques, totally different goal (& supplement usage) than going for the Bruce Lee physique.

Seems RB12 The Crusader / Guru of All Knowledge / Fountain of Truth / King of Bodybuilding makes a habit of posting please delete this thread, etc as he has done here. Why not post something worthwhile rather than wasting your time on frivolous inconsequential BS like a thread supposedly being misplaced? You must have a heck of a lot of time on your hands, try using it to train or something more constructive.

Lee was a crazy badas$ dude! He trained H A R D AND everything was well thought out, he was one smart guy. He just wouldn't read the latest muscle mags, he would mark them up & down with a highlighter And cut them out to save. His book which was mentioned above I have and it's a GREAT book! I use many of his routines, training styles etc.
Lee was always trying to gain more size, but had probs doing that. He was worried like hell that a bigger stronger martial artist would hurt him. So always be striving for size, but also keep your ripped look. Don't skimp on the cals. and don't over do the cardio. Try out a few supps. but rely on food for the most part. Cycle some water loss supps. Just remember, cycle them & don't stay on them forever. Be smart like Bruce.
Remember, his look & results came from hrs. & hrs. of smart training! He wanted to be a big star, he wanted success VERY BADLY. So, you need to step it up a level, plan your rountines etc. like it's WWIII. Good luck, also! Stay away from the roids. I'm sure if Bruce had another round of life, he would stay aways from the dangerous diretics ( sp? ) & roids. Which did hurt his physique in the end, remember his last movie?? He wore that yellow thingy to cover his lack of muscle.
Good luck & keep us up to date.Beauty is only skin deep, but bad is to the bone!

Bruce never used steroids or diuretics. The result of his smaller physique at the end of his life was circuit training on his Marcey, which was more cardio. He looked better in Enter the Dragon than any of his other movies: By the way --- the "Yellow" jumpt suit he wore was in Game of Death and was not his last movie.CONTROLLED LABS - WINNING The WAR Against Genetics

As discussed in this thread:

Additionally, for the rules of this area:

I do not have all the time in the world, which is why when I have time to read, I do so here and when I have time to help out noobs and the like, I read through the main supp section. Threads like this simply clutter up the system in which teh mods wish to separate out.
Best of luck

How is it that you ended up marrying the widow of the man you obviously despised. Could you have had an hidden agenda from the very beginning? And how is it that you know the real cause of death, are you a doctor Mr. Bleecker? Why didn't you write this book while he was alive to defend himself??? I might also add that the one who supplied the drugs, and the women, your information cannot be verified because they are either dead or out of reach. "
And regards to Game of Death, he wore the jumpsuit but the pictures of him (in his books) of filming that movie with his shirt off are the exact same build as he always has/had.Last edited by RenegadeRows; 09-14-2006 at 08:01 AM.

as the other poster said i don't think u need those stims to get that look...
increase your cardio and put in a circuit training day(s) with 15 rep sets i.e. (weight lifting cardio) i would also try to incorporate jump rope. just remember that physique is hard to keep without constant training so once/if you get it... stay on the same routine. don't just get there then go back to your old lifestyle. that look is quite similar to a lightweight boxer.Last edited by grapemaster; 09-14-2006 at 08:23 AM.
