Im currently 305 lbs and alittle overweight. Im at 11% bodyfat and would like to cut down to 2%. The calipers didnt really fit around my belly so I know Im 11%. Im eating healthy, I take in 900 grams of protein per day and only 2 grams of fat since I dont want to gain any fat.
My question is can I eat egg yolks or will my head explode?

Follw up question... I hate doing squats, its alright to just do the adductor/abductor machines to get the same effect right?
