When I wake up I generally throw my breakfast/pre-workout meal into a blender then mix my PWO shake right after:
Pre-workout:
1 Scoop ON Whey Vanilla or Chocolate
1/2 Cup Rolled Quaker Oats
8 oz. Fat Free/Skim Milk
1 Tbls. Olive Oil
1/4 Cup Sliced Strawberries or Blueberries
= Roughly 560 calories
Post-workout:
1 Scoop ON Whey Vanilla or Chocolate
1/2 Cup Rolled Quaker Oats
8 oz. Fat Free/Skim Milk
1 Tbls. Olive Oil
+1 Medium sized Banana
+30g Dextrose
= Roughly 700 calories

i have 3 different types of shakes : pre bed (not so big in calories), through the day (huge in callories !!! ) and post workout
in that order they are
-milk +1 scoop
-milk + 2 tbsp peanabutter + honey + 1 scoop + 250 ml of youghurt
- water + 1 scoop
(the scoop is xtreme pro mass)Training in Budokai Do.

Post- w/o all i have is whey in water and simple carbs. Pretty simple.
