    A good mass workout to follow

    Does anyone know either on bodybuilding.com or some kind of E-book,where I can follow a really good program for mass,I'm not quite sure where to look and its hard to find one on bodybuilding.com cause I don't really know if any of them are actually any decent,well thanks for all the help in advance guys

    everybody on here seems to praise the 5x5 for getting some mass. Search the forum for the "ultimate 5x5" thread, it has the link to the spreadsheet and all the details. I'm in my first week of it actually, and I'm looking to pick up some size as well.

    Hmm well it seems volume training is the new way to train due to more scientific research...I find that HST seems to be basically volume but easier to understand...Bgates could you explain to me exactly how to do this HST training...Also does it matter what excercises you use...?

    DEADLIFT: 130kg x3
    BENCH: 82.5kg x3
    SQUAT:100kg x1 (bare in mind ive only just started squats)

    Goals-
    After summer

    150-55lb
    Deadlift-140kg x+1
    Bench-90+kg x1+
    Squat-over 130kg x1+

    About 12% BF (less if anything)

    on the usual bulking diet 5-7 meals a day.
    im on...ON 100% whey gold ;) (strawberry :D)post workout, 1 scoop (plus a tin of tuna)
