Does anyone know either on bodybuilding.com or some kind of E-book,where I can follow a really good program for mass,I'm not quite sure where to look and its hard to find one on bodybuilding.com cause I don't really know if any of them are actually any decent,well thanks for all the help in advance guys

Hmm well it seems volume training is the new way to train due to more scientific research...I find that HST seems to be basically volume but easier to understand...Bgates could you explain to me exactly how to do this HST training...Also does it matter what excercises you use...?
