Few weeks back I seen a post talking about how this guy "ate" his protein powder without mixing it with water or milk.
I thought it was crazy...but one night I was mixing mine and it didn't mix the best, and it was clumpy and I had to chew on the clumps...and it was kindda good.
So then for the next shake I only used very very very little milk and ate it with a spoon...its crazy good!!!
Like No Joke!
Now it all depends what kind you use too...I am using Dymatize Chocolate...I eat it with a spool with a tiny bit and I mean tiny bit of skim milk
Give it a try and let me know!
Might take a little bit of getting used to though

kinda sounds like i do with my creatine....
like i dont like it in big clumps in my water so i put all the creaitne in my mouth and then just follow it up with water .. about 8 to 10 ounces. Pretty easy trick.Word up.

Well why in the hell would a suggestion on a method for eating protein be worthy of neg reps? Mods are right to strip you of your ability to neg people if you are negging people for such stupid bull****.

I eat whey without anything, just completely dry before bed sometimes, its acctually pretty good and makes me feel hardcore haha
