It is from their "secrets of the pro's" disk three, that is why when it starts it says part 3/3. Anyway, not bad... I think johnnie Jackson looks monsterous in it.

Most of the form they were lifting with was horrible. I would curl that much to if I leaned in that far and threw half my body back...
